What's New at Sneed's Nursery
- If you are a perennial lover and like a good deal, be sure to join our Perennial Club! Members receive 10% off all regularly-priced perennials. Other benefits of membership include a free $6 perennial after the purchase of 10 regularly-priced perennials, and invitation to spring and fall "plant swaps" with other members. It's free and easy to join -- simply email jenny@sneedsnursery.com -- and then pick up your membership card in the Garden Center. Remember that you must have your card at the time of purchase to receive Perennial Club benefits.
- Sneed's is now recycling! Bring back your nursery plastic (i.e. pots, plant trays, etc) and let us recycle them for you. The environment thanks you!

Sneed's is pleased to announce that we are now a supporter of the Riv er Hero Homes program of the James River Association! The River Hero Homes program recognizes homeowners who are successfully taking steps to improve water
quality by reducing the amount of stormwater and pollution leaving their property, thereby helping to protect the James River. As a supporter of River Hero Homes, we are offering 20% off plants to certified RHH members through December 2013. Find out more about the program, as well as how to become certified, by visiting www.jamesriverhero.org.
- Sneed's supports our children in their gardening endeavors through our "Adopt a Garden" program. Please check out the "Adopt a Garden" link on the "About Sneed's"page (on this website) for information about the program, as well as a downloadable form for interested participants. Congratulations to Sabot at Stony Point! They are our latest winner and recipient of a $200 gift card to use for their community garden project, "Grow".
- "School Sprouts at Sneed's" is a new program we are offering to help generate funds for area schools. It works like this: Your school signs up for "School Sprouts", and then members of the school community can shop during designated periods with the flyer we send you. Sneed's Garden Center will then donate 10% of all pre-tax sales generated by your school back to the school in the form of a check. It's so easy, and it's a great way to earn funds for your school's needs. For more information, and to sign up, click the following links:
