With Kat Cox of Inspirited Gardens In this class we will explore the energetic and healing properties of Passiflora incarnata, Purple Passionflower and discuss the many different ways one can incorporate this Virginia native plant into one’s lifestyle, to aid in balancing the mind, body and spirit. We will discuss herbal washes and baths, flower essences, and more! Each participant will have the opportunity to make their own Purple Passionflower bath infusion while sipping Purple Passionflower tea.
